While at Work

Putting in a lot of effort to meet the demands of work is not Ms Xu's preference. She does not like to rush around doing things and may feel demotivated if work constantly encroaches on her personal life. Although she does not like excessive work demands, Ms Xu may still be prepared to put in extra effort if it is on a short term basis.

I like to do things at my own pace.
I do put in a lot of effort in my work, but, ya, of cos I prefer to relax and not have too much work. Haha

Time is not a major priority for Ms Xu. She is probably often late for appointments and may keep people waiting. She sees deadlines as flexible and takes her time to do things. She is not time-conscious when planning or organizing activities. Ms Xu may feel stressed and demotivated when she is rushed, and may not deliver results on time.

I admit I am often late for meetings, personal or formal. I need to change this habit! I can work under time pressure, I think I am better at managing my time for this semester, in the sense of using time more constructively.

Ms Xu persists with a task until it is completed. Determination, commitment and perseverance are her strength; hence she can be depended upon to meet work obligations. Ms Xu is suitable for long-term projects because she is sufficiently focused to see them through completion.

Yeah! Perseverance! Never say die! =p

Ms Xu is likely to be quality-conscious and achievement-oriented. She is motivated to produce work that is of a high standard. She is observant, quick to spot errors and critical where work is concerned. She is likely to be meticulous, careful and pre-occupied with detail.

Yes, I always need to find the sense of satisfaction in whatever I am doing.

Ms Xu is an objective person who is impartial and rational. She speaks factually and often does not involve her own feelings and emotions. She may sometimes be perceived as distant or detached.

OKie, I am often seen as unemotional or heartless.

Although Ms Xu is usually a sympathetic person, she may at times be selective about being involved in the personal problems of people.
Ms Xu is friendly and outgoing when she is with friends although she may at times prefer to be quiet.
Ms Xu selectively forms strong bonds with people although these bonds may not be very deep.

This may explains why I am not so sociable.

Ms Xu is moderately serious about her responsibilities and selectively takes ownership of her work.

Am I too slack?

Ms Xu does not care much about how people view her or whether they respect her or not. She focuses on what she wants to do for herself. She is unconcerned with issues of ranks, positions or titles. Status symbols are unimportant for her. She does not draw attention to herself and dresses moderately and simply.

Self-centered? Isolated?
No, I should say I like to do things for myself and not for the sake of others.
Live for yourself~

Ms Xu sees people as friendly, reliable and honest. She is trusting and believes what people say. She tends to be unsuspecting of people's behaviour and motives. She is uncomfortable when she has to wheel and deal.
Ms Xu's leadership qualities are moderate and she is sometimes able to get the support of people.

Ms Xu is as keen to explore abstract concepts when the topic appeals to her and she is as interested to discuss theoretical issues as the average person.

I only like to explore topics I find interesting. Too narrow in learning?
Theory is really not my stuff, yucks*

Being orderly, methodical and systematic, Ms Xu spends considerable time planning ahead and organizing activities. She ensures that programmes are scheduled properly and takes care to plan in detail. Formulating procedures and policies is her forte.

I think I only start to plan more this few years. Planning helps me to know what I need to accomplish for each day, gives me a good reason to wake up from my comfortable bed.

Ms Xu has a flair for words and is creative. She probably has multiple language ability and expresses herself very well. Not only is Ms Xu eloquent, she is probably also artistic and/or sporty. She is demonstrative and dramatic.

Multiple language: my Japanese language is way too beginner..Lol

Anyway, this is just a simple test, of cos it may be bias in someways.

Enjoy the scenery~
